Rouse Matrix, Expand-And-Load, Puffed Heart, balloon decorations automatically take on their three dimensional form as balloons are loaded into the RMS frameworks. It is simple to add on decorative trim such as the flowers and ribbons shown here. Both the 4' and eight ' versions of this heart are hollow and are large enough to hang electric lights to make the hearts glow from inside.Rouse Matrix, Expand-And-Load, balloon decorations, Puffed Hearts may be used to make other balloon sculptures. Here the red, puffed heart is trimmed in blue to make a fish. An RMS "Heart-40", flat heart has been added to make the tail fin.

RMS 3-D SCULPTURE --- The framework comes
flat. It takes on 3-D form as balloons are loaded.
-- Two (2) RMS PUFFED HEART (1/2) frameworks are in the package.
-- 312 apertures (openings for balloons) are in assembled 2 panels.
-- Finished Puffed Heart is approximately 4' by 4' by 2.5' thick.
-- Use 5" balloons underinflated to 4" in the frameworks.
-- Normal assembly is single layer.
-- Instructions are included.
-- Order balloons separately.
