This Rouse Matrix, Expand-And-Load, balloon decorations backdrop is made with RMS Super builders filled with 18" film balloons. It is about 20' wide and 12 ' tall. The "2000" in the center has strings of miniature lights pinched between balloon numerals and the framework.
