Rouse Matrix, Expand-And-Load, balloon decorations like this dance floor canopy can be made with RMS Builder Ribbons or with RMS builders. The RMS Ribbons are three balloons wide and the Rouse Matrix Builders are five balloons wide. Both use balloons inflated to 8" in diameter.

ROUSE MATRIX RIBBON - (6.75')

-- Three (3) RMS RIBBON frameworks are in the package.
-- Each RMS framework is approximately 1.7' by 6.75'.
-- There are 33 apertures (openings for balloons) per framework.
-- 6 more apertures are created when three frameworks connect.
-- Length is about 22' when three are connected.
-- Use 11" balloons underinflated to 8" in the frameworks.
-- Load balloons single layer for the most surface display.
-- Instructions are included.
