These three Rouse Matrix, Expand-And-Load balloon circle frameworks are loaded with balloons in a single layer. Smaller green and larger yellow balloons were used in pairs with this design. The smaller balloons were squeezed into the openings in the Rouse Matrix Expand-And-Load framework. The larger balloons were left loose and formed half of a sphere. The flip side shows the green balloons like the center of a flower with yellow petals.
