This patented double layer technique makes the heart twice as thick and about 20 times as strong.(DOUBLE LAYER SPIN) This animation shows a Rouse Matrix balloon decoration "Heart 40" in double layers as it spins around. Double layer designs are much stronger and allow you to have different designs on both sides.
