Simply Expand the Rouse Matrix camel framework and Load the inflated balloons to fill out the camel shape. Now you have a life sized balloon decoration camel. This palm tree and Rouse Matrix balloon camel were made by Frany Fulgar in Kuwait. Frany designed the colors of Kuwait into the blanket over the back of the camel. By making the RMs camel in double layers, she was able to hide rigid reinforcement between layers of the legs to make the camel stand tall and strong.
