This Rouse Matrix, Expand-And-Load, balloon flag kit makes into an American (USA) national flag about 12' wide and 6.5' tall. Here it is supported by two base plates and vertical poles. The flag is light enough, at about five pound including the balloons, that it could easily and safely be hung from above. The curved display adds a little interest, but is more important because curving the display adds considerable strength.The basic steps of making the Rouse Matrix, Expand-And-Load flag of the USA are simple. Expand the Matrix, Load inflated balloons and add the stick on stars that come in the kit.

Thanks for the 12', RMS, USA FlagMary and Graham,

I would like to thank you for the Rouse Matrix Flag Design. Betsy Ross could not have done a better job of designing the flag. I used the Matrix to create a flag for a dance recital stage. I needed something light weight to be mounted on poles at the back of the stage. The Matrix was so easy to complete. The instructions were easy to understand. I was severely limited in work space but because the Matrix is so flexible, I was able to assemble the flag in half the space I expected to need. Transporting the flag after it was completed was simply a matter of rolling it up, inserting it into a plastic bag and sliding it into my delivery van.

And, oh the stars, I loved the stars!

There is nothing better than a great design!
